Golf might be back.. but don’t injure yours

We couldn’t be happier to learn that Golf is back in Melbourne after Dan Andrews announcement earlier today. There will be many a keen golfer queuing up (1.5m apart of course) on the first tee at courses around the state from first light Wednesday.

However after a long lay off during COVID -19 isolation, its important that you get your body into condition to withstand the rigors of the golf swing.
