Shindei has a deep passion for helping others, and believes that her skills can assist people in improving their daily quality of life

Her expertise lies in alleviating pain in relation to muscle imbalance, joint dysfunction and movement impairments. Proficient in techniques such as Dry Needling, Myofascial Release (MFR), and Functional Cupping, Shindei’s treatment style is characterised by incorporating these into sessions for pain modulation.

Additionally Shindei educates clients to improve their daily quality of life by maintaining a healthy body, promoting good posture and exercise, to address long term issues.

Sally is a compassionate, caring, and empathic remedial therapist with over 20 years’ experience.  Drawing upon a foundation of studies in remedial therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), sports injuries, rehabilitation, and pregnancy massage Sally offers a wholistic approach to treatment.

She is also a qualified yoga teacher in the Krishnamacharya Tradition and a Reiki Master. Sally thrives on helping people which is built on understanding, communication, grace, and integrity.

In her spare time you might see Sally sailing around Port Phillip.

Tony’s passion for physiotherapy and exercise rehabilitation began when he was a junior playing football. This desire led him down the path of healthcare and he loves problem solving and developing meaningful treatment plans to have clients reach their goals.

He works alongside several sporting teams in the West providing physio support.
