Strength and Conditioning for Young Athletes

Our program is led by Mike from Active Heads, a highly experienced strength and conditioning coach specialising in youth athletic development. Over four weeks, athletes take part in two 45-minute small-group training sessions each week, focused on mobility, strength, and stability.

With sessions capped at just four athletes, every participant receives close attention and personalised coaching. This small-group format accelerates progress, improves performance, and lowers the risk of injury.

Teen Sports Performance Training Program Details

  • 4-week block: $300 (just $37.50 per session)
