Have you been referred to us via your GP under a Team Care Management Plan? We bulk bill with some providers. Please ensure we receive in advance your paperwork and call our reception team to discuss (03) 9397 8877. 

Self Managed TAC & Workcover Patients are supported at our Clinic. We request that claim numbers and paperwork are received in advance and payment is required by the patient at the time of appointment. Some providers bill the fee schedule, others will require a gap payment.

We continue to follow strict public health guidelines and infection control practices in the clinic for the safety of our patients and staff. If you’re in need of an appointment or simply have questions please reach out and we will be more than happy to help.
